Banquet and Catering General Information
GUARANTEES
The Final banquet attendance count must be given to the catering manager by 11:00 am, five business days prior to your
event. In the event that a guarantee is not provided 5 business days prior to your event, the estimated guest count on the
function agreement will be the guaranteed number. Final charges are based on the guaranteed banquet attendance
number, or the actual number of guests, whichever one is greater. NO RESERVATIONS WILL BE GUARANTEED WITHOUT A
SIGNED CONTRACT AND DEPOSIT.
MENU SELECTION
The enclosed menus include ideas from which to choose from. We can also customize a menu to better serve you. We
request that your menu selection be finalized after the walk through of the place. Prices are valid for 60 days. All food and
beverage items consumed at Intramuros will be prepared and served exclusively by the Catering Department. Food and
Beverage items may not be brought onto or taken from the premises.
SERVICE AND LABOR CHARGE
All pricing is subject to a 20% taxable service charge for parties booking on Weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun), and 20% on
Weekdays. A $150.00 bartender fee will be charged for all no host cocktail services. There is a $120 per liter charge for
hard liquors brought to the facility.
SOCIAL EVENT
Special pricing may apply to weekend evening social events, such as Dinner/Dances, Wedding, and other similar events.
Packages and other special arrangements are available. Please consult our event staff.
SECURITY
The city of South San Francisco require events with a minimum capacity of 50 people to fill out an application to rent a
public hall. This form should be submitted to the South SF Police Department no later than 10 business days before the
date of you event. Intramuros will not assume responsibility for damages or loss of any articles left in our facilities prior,
during or after any Function or Event.
PROPERTY DAMAGE
As a patron, you are responsible for any and all damages to any part of our facilities during the period of time your
attendees, employees, independent contractors or agents under your control, or under the control of any contractor hired
by you. No outside Food or Drinks are allowed inside the facility.
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT
A non-refundable deposit and a signed contract will hold your reservation on a definite basis if returned by the specific
date. Full payment of estimated charges, by check or credit card, is due no later that seven business days prior to the
event.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All deposits are non-refundable. Please refer to contract for cancellation terms and conditions.
MUSIC AND ENTERTAINMENT
A charge of $150 for any Band or DJ’s usage of any equipment owned by Intramuros. The client is responsible in providing
a sound technician, however, we do have a house sound technician for $15/hr (4 hours minimum).
ROOM CHARGE
A room rental fee will be charged for those functions that do not meet the food and beverage minimum.
$150.00 for every additional hour.
